To return a product, simply call Protect-a-Tow toll free at 1-888-264-5444 within 30 days of receipt of your product and let us know why the product is being returned. Returns must be accompanied by either a packing slip or original invoice. If returning the package from the USA please mark the package "Canadian Product Return - No Duty or Taxes", failure to note this on the package may cause duties to be charged back to the customer. Only unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned. Ship it prepaid and insured by USPS(air) or Canada Post(ground) to:
